Frederick family spans five generations of doctors
A Frederick family is noted for a medical lineage reaching back to the 1850s. De Gerrit Schipper, 35, becomes the fifth generation physician, following his parents and ancestors. He recently joined Gray and Arata at Parkview Medical Center, while his family ties include Dr Gerald Schipper and a history of physicians across seven decades. The story also touches on unrelated arrests and a Disneyland car mystery.
