Informant Aids Police In Arrest Of Drug Dealer In Frederick
Frederick City Police arrested Irvin Eugene Bright 38 of no fixed address on charges of distribution of crack cocaine possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of crack cocaine. An informant accompanied Bright from the Lincoln Apartments on South Bentz Street around 10 40 p m. Bright was found with marked money and taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.

Rosemont Avenue traffic zone set for 2 month pattern change
A 2.5 million, 1.5 mile road upgrade on Rosemont Avenue near Military Road begins with a 24 hour traffic zone.
