Postpone Zoning Decision Leaves Disputed Rezoning In Limbo
Frederick County commissioners again postponed a decision on two disputed rezoning requests from Lewistown applicants Wil liar and Stull and from Virginia owner Shores. The joint Wil liar Stull proposal and the Shores bid to rezone seven acres near Point of Rocks to B-3 were sent to County Attorney Goodloe Byron for clarification as he is on military leave. The board favored separate consideration of each request to avoid future disputes, but took no action pending attorney guidance.
