A lively Fourth of July in Frederick featured sunshine, hot dogs, and balloons as families enjoyed Baker Park. Contestants ate fried chicken in twenty minutes to win, chili judges awarded prizes, and a 3k race raised funds for the American Cancer Society. Crowd favorites included bands, a Moon Walk, water balloon battles, and fireworks at 9 pm.
