Two Frederick residents narrowly escaped death when a rooftop TV aerial touched a 33 000 volt Potomac Edison line at 116 West Fifth Street. Painter Westy Nikirk 32 and helper Norman Fogle 16 were burned and shocked, rescued by John James and emergency crews. Both expected to recover.
