School Board Names Hamilton Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Dr C Edward Hamilton was named by the Frederick County Board of Education as the new Assistant Superintendent of Schools. The 46 year old, a former Frederick County resident, will begin duties August 15 and previously led Rodgers Forge Elementary School. He holds a doctorate from Columbia University and has long been active in Maryland teaching groups. Other principal changes included Myersville My ersville and Yellow Springs assignments and creation of a Vocational Education Supervisor post.
