A disabled Frederick woman pleaded guilty in Frederick County Circuit Court to welfare fraud totaling $13,140 from September 1994 to January 1996. Juveniles Arrested in Burglary at Sagner Drive
Frederick police report three juvenile males were arrested around 1:20 am after a witness saw them break a window and enter a vacant building on Sagner Drive. Officers pursued and captured one. two others were caught nearby. All three face fourth-degree burglary and destruction of property charges. two also charged with trespass. Germantown men arrested in undercover drug sting
Two Germantown men Michael Anthony Butler and Carroll Maurice Nolan were arrested by Frederick police in the 200 block of Washington Street after an undercover sting. They allegedly purchased a non controlled dangerous substance that resembled crack cocaine. Butler posted $1,000 bail. Nolan was released on personal recognizance.
