State agency approves plans to relocate Cullen residents
ANNAPOLIS The Board of Public Works approved plans to speed relocation of 79 mentally retarded residents from the Victor Cullen Center in Sabillasville. The $872,000 funds transfer will move 30 severely retarded patients to Rosewood Center in Owings Mills by March 1, with the remainder relocated to Potomac Center, Holly Center, Brandenburg Center and Great Oaks Center between March 30 and May 15.
