Non-support case in Frederick court over bird and car debts
A Baltimore bird valued at $3 and a $25 cage appear in a non-support case in Peoples' Court. Ada B. Ford seeks support for her three children while her husband Wiltur F. Ford lives away and has given a car title to their son. Magistrate Shoemaker finds Ford not guilty of non-support, with a payment arrangement of $15 weekly. Numerous other local cases include disorderly conduct at a tavern, traffic violations, and property dispute notes. The day also features miscellaneous docket items from Frederick courts.
