The Philadelphia flyer on the Pennsylvania Railroad collided with a light freight near Lofty Schuylkill county at 6 20 P M. The freight train engineer and fireman were killed and the passenger train crew including the engineer fireman and porter were injured with ten others reported. The crash occurred between Wilkes Barre and Philadelphia as the trains tried to make a siding.
