Civil Air Patrol and Maryland State Police tracked a mysterious aircraft seen circling Gaithersburg and moving toward Damascus Mount Airy Frederick and Buckeystown before vanishing. Officials questioned weather reports while residents note further sightings as snow lingers. Volunteer Clinton Hughes thanked for rescue equipment support as CAP stays on alert.
Local highway crews and police tracked an unidentified aircraft circling east of Buckeystown and near Mt. Airy on Thursday night.
