Judge Wing Rules Against Commerce Commission Rail Case
In Iceland on January 28 Judge Wing of the United States circuit court dismissed the interstate case brought by the Commerce Commission against the Lake Shore and other railroads. The decision favors the railroads, ordering dismissal of the complaint and leaving hay and straw freight classifications as at the fifth class.
