For Keeps and Moonstruck in Teen Angst and Bizarre Backdrops
A capsule review notes For Keeps softens teen pregnancy into a feel‑good ending, with Molly Ringwald and Randall Batinkoff as Darcy and Stan. Then Grace rates Moonstruck as a charming offbeat romance led by Cher, Aiello, Cage, and Dukakis, praising its witty ethnic flavor and Shanley script. Nadine and Predator are skimmed for contrast, with Basinger in Nadine and Schwarzenegger in Predator delivering mixed results and modest star power.
