Dispatcher guides father through daughter's delivery
Middletown couple welcomed their daughter Lainey Cheri on the living room couch last Sunday as father Billy Mentzer coached by 911 dispatcher William Adams. The baby weighed 6 pounds 5% ounces and arrived during labor after a hospital discharge earlier that day. The ambulance arrived soon after and the couple received a recording of the event for keepsakes.
