Frederick City Police arrested four people on drug charges in two incidents. Todd Milton Smith, 30, sold fake crack cocaine to an informant at John Hanson Apartments and was found with real crack on search. At Waverley Drive, Jesse Wolfe, 19, Christy Elworthy, 18, and Patrick Abrecht, 18, faced possession charges and maintaining a common nuisance. Wolfe also accused of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
