Old Man Winter dumped 10 more inches of snow on Frederick County causing school closures and hazardous driving. Roads remained open with drifting, temperatures expected to plunge to five degrees, and strong winds likely to worsen drifts. The storm, second in five days, led to early school dismissals, event cancellations, and early departure for government workers. State police reported several accidents, none serious, one in the city. a state snow plow was damaged but repaired quickly.

United Co Ambulance Services Up 1965 Totals
