Creagerstown approaches may also be finished this year with seven to eight miles typically upgraded each summer.

William Wilcoxon Found Dead at Church Street Home
William Wilcoxon about 65 was found dying on the floor of his residence at 120 West Church Street this afternoon. Dr. Charles F. Goodell pronounced him dead. State's Attorney Storm Justice Sherman P. Gowers and Sheriff Albaugh were called to decide if an inquest is needed before moving the body.
