Baltimore City Councilman John A. Schaefer is to stand trial February 4 on charges of violating the city’s conflict of interest law. Milton B. Allen, Baltimore’s state’s attorney, announced the summons, noting no details were given about Schaefer’s interests in Baltimore Wreckers, Inc. since October 5.
