Frederick City awaits SRC word on bypass traffic plan
City Engineer A Raymond Walter has written to the State Roads Commission three months ago seeking partial bypass access fixes. He urges temporary by pass legs to allow westbound West Patrick Street traffic to reach the bypass and southbound traffic to turn from the by pass onto U S 340, and requests full use of the by pass from all directions. The council also plans a Girl Scouts program with Mrs. Robert Myers as guest speaker at the Church of the Brethren.
