Churches Not Following Straight, Narrow Path
A National Association of Evangelicals led by Rev. Dr. George L. Ford promotes evangelical unity and liberty while upholding doctrinal conservatism amid criticism of modernism in major churches. The group lists departments for education missions publications broadcasting evangelism and social action with executive HQs in Chicago and regional offices nationwide. In a separate item, Robert L. Wood of Midland Texas defends a crude oil price rise as justified due to higher costs and years overdue.
