Adamstown Women’s Clubs Host Meetings and Plans
The Adamstown Homemakers Club met at Eva Carlin's home with 21 members. President El mer Michael led the session as music and prayer opened. Demonstrations on correct pattern sizing and dressmaking used measurements and charts. Reports highlighted a county council meeting on April 1 and an embassy tour on April 30. A charity supper was announced for February 4 at the Reformed church, with a silver offering for police, heart, and cancer funds.
