Schaefer unveils 12.67B budget for 1994

Governor William Donald Schaefer rolled out a 12.67 billion fiscal 1994 budget relying on a 45 percent revenue rise to fund raises for some state workers. Yingling clashes with plan to fill 34 support jobs
