New Windsor Woman in Fair Condition After Car Crash
Rose Scott, 41, of New Windsor stayed in fair but stable condition Tuesday at R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center after a single vehicle crash on Oak Orchard Road. Driver William Hopson, 28, from Westminster, was in stable condition at Frederick Memorial Hospital. another passenger Gregory Clegg, 28, of New Windsor, was released after treatment. The sheriff reported Hopson crossed the center line, veered off the road, struck a mailbox, hit a stump, became airborne, landed on the passenger side, and skidded into a tree.
