Governor Killed in Michigan Railway Crash

Ehpool Michigan January 21 tram No 6 on the Menominee branch of the Chicago and Northwestern railway left the track and was demolished after a collision with a stump. Lieutenant Governor MacDonald of Michigan and H H B Tuttle of Cleveland were killed instantly. Several others injured including conductor Henry Armstrong. Mrs MacDonald was left prostrated by the news. A special train went to the scene.
