Tawes Seeks 2 413 Million for Maryland Mental Hygiene
Gov. Tawes proposes 2 4136 million in capital improvements for the Maryland Department of Mental Hygiene. The plan includes land acquisition near University Hospital Ballimore for a mental health clinic and funds for renovations and expansions at Crownsville Rosewood Spring Grove Clifton Perkins Henryton and other facilities. An initial 300 thousand had been approved last year and the total package targets hospital buildings, equipment, parking and shoreline protections.
