Assets rose 6 175 260 57 to 83 228 862 72 and loans and discounts climbed to 43 464 102 45. Surplus and profits grew to 4 999 969 34, while capital stayed at 1 925 000. Death Claims Dr. Wilfong At Age 69
Dr. Tyrus Wilfong of Richmond Virginia died at 69 after a long illness. A World War I veteran and physician, he served with the U S Public Health Service and the Veterans Administration in Virginia and Roanoke. He retires to private practice in 1950 and fully retires in 1959.
