Dynamite Explosion in Baggage Car Averted Trunk Mix Up
A baggage car explosion near Altoona Pennsylvania injured baggage master Harry Mingus who was in the car when a trunk placed on the tram at Dunkannon near Harrisburg was thrown atop others. The blast tore the car apart but Mingus will recover while a brakeman escaped injury.
