Big Snake Found in Drain in East Mench Chunk
Edward Binder of 02% North Street, Fast Mench Chunk, found a six foot three inch black snake in his cellar drain. The reptile, alive but stiff from cold water, had attempted to enter the drain but blocked by swallowing several large potatoes. It was quickly killed.

Husband Rules Roost In Family Guest Dispute
