February Quota To Be Filled By Local Draft Board

Word reached his parents from the War Department via his aunt and uncle Mr and Mrs Frank W Rothenheeler. Downey has cousins here and his father born and educated locally. The Downeys reside at 3723 South Dakota Ave NE Washington. The father is chief auditor of the Washington Loan and Trust Company. The missing information was received yesterday though the loss occurred over a month ago.
