AIDS victim sentenced in Rockville theft case

A 43 year old Boyds man with AIDS was sentenced by Judge William Muller for theft and disorderly conduct after pleading that he cannot die in jail. Plummer, a longtime offender with 24 prior convictions, asked for probation to live with his sister and care for his five year old daughter.
