Suspensions Given in Trial Court Testimony Reveals Violations
In a Frederick magistrate court session two women Wille May Redmond and Bet tw Elizabeth Wik were found guilty of disorderly conduct on East Fourth Street. Magistrate Wilbur F Sheffield suspended the 60 day jail sentence after reprimand. Officer Nathan Dorsey made the arrest. John Bernard Kine was found guilty of being drink and borderi with a $100 fine or 60 days in jail. Two Frederick youths were freed of reckless vehicle operation charges Ber nhard Lee Phelps and Everett Eugene Specht testified they were not racing. Magistrate Sheffield found insufficient evidence. Forfeitures included Donald Lee Wilcom and Robert Vernon Stine among others. A four-person delegation from the Farmers Home Administration visited Frederick County offices at Winchester Hall led by State Director J. W. Highfill to review local loan applications.
