Mrs. Annie Huber aged forty nine drank laudanum Saturday night and fled at 9 am Sunday from 168 East Fayette Baltimore where she worked as a housekeeper. She left a note for her employer with a sealed letter to her husband John Huber. She was a daughter of William Wade of 116 West Henrietta Street and had been married three times, leaving two sons. The elder, sixteen, lives in Baltimore. the younger, thirteen, deaf mute, is at Frederick Institute. She had married John Huber about eighteen months ago, who is janitor of the German American Democratic Club on Aillen street. She wrote letters to her Frederick son Saturday.
Mr W Irving Parsons real estate agent reports the sale of his house and drug store to Dr J W Devilbisa of Creagerstown for 1300 dollars. Purchaser listed as Dr J D Long of Lewistown.
