Two Local Men Held in Thefts Back in Jail
Frank Leon Hackey and Alvin Lee Douglas appeared for preliminary hearings in Magisterial Court after burglary charges. Hackey was found guilty of petty larceny and sentenced to 90 days. The pair were arrested January 10 after a pocketbook theft from Mrs. Helma Bowers and a car coat match identified by owner David O'Brien.
