Baltimore January 15 AP W Roscoe Bonsal president of the company proposing the Chesapeake Bay bridge told the Public Service Commission that financing plans and toll proposals could not be presented yet. He filed the construction plan with the commission with War Department authorization and state approvals. Bids for construction were opened last week but bid analysis and contract testing likely push delays to late this week or early next.
