Frederick man jailed for drug possession case
Sebastian Jassani, 21, was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge G. Edward Dwyer Jr. to 18 months in the Frederick County Detention Center after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute LSD. City police arrest two for drug charges
Frederick officers made two overnight drug arrests. Elmer Leroy Dixon of East Third Street was taken into custody at West All Saints and Ice streets after an agreed drug purchase. He faces multiple counts including distribution and possession with intent to distribute cocaine plus paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Frederica Dorene Bryan, 32, was found in possession of crack cocaine and charged with possession. Both awaited hearings at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.

Police say a shotgun slaying followed a robbery at 6109 Brucar Court. Witness described a group including a 15 year old. gunfire and duct tape left a man dead. Phoebe Jean Rockwell a 46 year old Wootton High School teacher was arrested on two counts each of child abuse perverted practice and contributing to the conditions of a child for alleged sexual acts with a male student from 1987 to 1990.
