Epidemic over prompts quarantine lift in Alaska
Authorities report quarantine containment of scarlet fever and smallpox cases in Fairbanks Palmer and Anchorage. Dr F B Gillespie says 16 scarlet fever cases at Fairbanks and five scarlet fever plus two smallpox cases at Palmer were controlled.
