Two men held on drug charges in Frederick complex
Two men were arrested Friday in the John Hanson apartment complex in Frederick on drug charges. Carl Delonte Nucker, 23, of Suitsland, was charged with distribution of cocaine. James Darryl Price, 41, of West All Saints Street, Frederick, was charged with possession of cocaine. Arrest occurred about 1 20 pm per police.

Eugenia Juarez an 18 year old Middletown graduate drove a 1996 Nissan Sentra on Marker Road with two classmates when speed and going hill hopping caused the car to cross the center line roll over multiple times into a field. Dominique Laughlin 15 was thrown from the front seat and is in serious but stable condition at Saint Adams Cowley Trauma Center. Sarah Salmon 6 and Miss Juarez were treated and released. The sheriff notes speed as a contributing factor and school officials will review disciplinary procedures.
