Officials to Name New Mental Health Group
Frederick County Commissioners will appoint an eight member Community Mental Health Advisory Committee. Rev Francis Reinberger said many prior members have resigned or become inactive since the group formed in 1966. He outlined growth from a temporary clinic on West Patrick Street to a full service agency with school consultation, alcoholism commission, therapeutic kindergarten, and a soon to reopen psychiatric day care unit at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
