Stolen Fordes Found Belonging to New Windsor Men
Two New Windsor men, Harry Poole and Charles Bankerd, identified chickens stolen the previous night as their property after Sheriff Roy M. Millner recovered them and arrested Marry Baker in Baltimore. Bankerd noted his paint brush mark on a sack and holes where the sack hung. Poole identified about seven Bull Orpingtons among 26 birds. Bankerd owned most Plymouth Rocks with red leg beads. They said their henhouses were robbed the night before, and other chickens were killed nearby. Bankerd and Poole are neighbors.
