Montgomery Jan 12 Samuel M Tyson of Coffee county pleaded guilty to peonage unlawfully holding Will Brown a Black man in involuntary servitude. Brown was guarded and imprisoned in a stockade. Tyson was fined 1099 by Judge Jones in federal court.
