Frederick residents Jesse Lee Wolfe 21 and Christine Mare Baldwin 24 faced disorderly conduct and related charges after an early Wednesday verbal clash outside Olde Towne Tavern escalated from a bathroom dispute. Wolfe refused quieting, Baldwin obstructed an officer, both released on personal recognizance. Police described a public disturbance stemming from inside the establishment.

Teen arrested after bag of marijuana found
Police observed a 16 year old discarding a bag containing several smaller bags of suspected marijuana during a late night report of juveniles loitering at an Elmwood Terrace apartment near Waverly Gardens. The youth was detained and questioned. charges were not yet determined. Patricia Elaine Thompson was charged with obstructing a police officer after tripping entry to the home. The wanted man was later turned over to a sheriff's deputy.
