Two on trial in drug case in Frederick County court
Roger W. Williams IV and Melanie R. Williams of Frederick faced a preliminary hearing on drug distribution charges. About 19 pounds of marijuana were found at their Overbrook Circle home during a Nov 28 search. The hearing decides if they proceed to circuit court.
