The bride, daughter of Barbara and Roy Bostelman of Comus, and the groom, son of Joyce E. Green of Point of Rocks and the late Charles Green Sr., celebrated with family, Frederick County Honor Guard, and Carroll Manor Fire Company. The couple plan Caribbean honeymoon and reside in Adamstown. engagement announced for Elizabeth Ruth Poutos and Steven William Cain with a February 13 wedding planned.
