Cable outage cuts power to Churchill area schools
An underground cable fault at Fairhill substation knocked out power for about 800 Potomac Edison customers in Churchill. Eastern Division Manager Jim Latimer said Germantown Lake Seneca Elementary would reopen and power would be restored by Wednesday. By 2 p.m. all but the school with 913 students had power.

One in Five Water Systems Contaminated, Group Claims
