Four year old Clarkston boy tops local football picks contest
Four year old Peter Hanowell, son of Jerry and Mrs. Hanowell, won the Clarkston based contest with 11 of 14 correct picks and a perfect 10 of 10 in bowl games. He earned 30 dollars from the Lewiston Morning Tribune, bringing his season total to 60. His father says the method is intuition and they used a three to fifty number list to guide scores. Notre Dame over Texas and Washington over Michigan were among his notable picks.
