Residential mortgage program announced by NCNB and Fannie Mae
NCNB Mortgage Corp and Federal National Mortgage Association plan a 1.5 billion financing program for residential mortgages. Part of it funds low and moderate income buyers in Maryland under the Community Homebuyers Program offering buyer education and relaxed qualification standards. Michael Bevans of American Home Funding will present the program at a Saturday seminar, 10 am to 1 pm, January 12 at the Frederick County Library. Seating is limited. reservations 253-2307.
