Two Actions For Damages Entered In Circuit Court
Two compensation suits were filed in Circuit Court by non residents. Charles Bowman of Buckeystown seeks 1500 from Helen Romal of Brooklyn and Edward L. Roberts of Pittsburgh over a December 21 Route 15 collision at Licksville in which Bowman and his wife were injured. Roberts allegedly tried to pass another car when he struck Bowman’s vehicle.
