Hit Run Victim Succumbs After Fatal December Crash
Mrs. Eleanor Elizabeth Brown 40 of 26 East Fifth Street died Friday at Johns Hopkins Hospital from injuries after being struck by a car in front of her home on December 20. Police ongoing investigation with no suspects yet. She was wife of James Walter Brown and mother to three sons and two daughters, with multiple relatives listed. She belonged to Quinn AME Church and worked for H L Hartz Clothing. Surviving relatives include her husband, parents Charles Eldridge and Harriet Summers Palmer, and many siblings and a grandchild.
