Byron Augustus Winebrewer longtime Potomac Edison Company comptroller and prominent Frederick resident died at University Hospital Baltimore at 3 05 am after a six week illness aged 61 He had 42 years service with PE and was active in Masons and multiple fraternal groups His death follows Maryland highway fatalities rising with the New Year and other accidents reported over the holiday weekend Funeral arrangements are set at the Evangelical Lutheran church with donations to Shriner Hospital fund.
