Clever Arrangement Fixes Water War At Hygeia Ice Works
Clever Arrangement by Ar SLE Getzendanner, general manager of the Development Company, to drain water from cisterns at the new gas house used by the Hygeia Ice Company. He built a siphon with fifty feet of two inch hose, pumping water from one tank into another and into the creek. Tanks measure 36 feet in diameter and 14 feet deep.
